For the last 20 years, Belden 19364 has been the number one cable choice for audiophiles wishing to construct their own mains leads. It was discovered by Bob Crump of TG Audio Labs in the 1980s, and has since been extensively used to produce high-quality hi-fi and home cinema cables.

The cable is constructed from 3 x 2.08mm (14 AWG) oxygen-free copper conductors and incorporates the patented Beldfoil® Shield (which is in constant contact with the internal drain wire). This forms a ground loop to trap unwanted mains interference and keep it safely at the plug end of the cable, away from interaction with any equipment.     I bought this cable to mount a pair of power cords for my receiver and my blu ray. It's amazing how the difference appears already in the first moments. More vivid images in the video and sound more open and defined, with excellent background silence coming from my Marantrz. Now just plan future upgrades,,,

      GREAT Cable

      I got two metres of this for an old ITL MA80 amp. Which was good to start with. This cable made a whole lot more difference. After a few hours the depth and warmth of my old amp came flooding in. Gets better every day,

        Previously I was using another well known mains cable on my Arcam CD72 and it was pretty good but this cable blows it out of the water. Spatially, there's no contest and bass definition is much better. To illustrate, before installing this cable, Lossless and CD playback were in the same ballpark. Now there is a significant difference and I've lost myself in my CD collection today.
