Can you make me a special lead not listed on your website?

We have 12 different stock mains cables and literally 100's of connectors and plugs and can make mains leads to customer's own requirements not a problem.

I have my own cable, can you fit plugs on and test it?

We have a re-termination service, just post your cable and we will do the rest

Do you fit mains plugs for different countries like Australia?

Yes we can fit most plugs to any of our mains leads for use around the world, we stock UK, Schuko, USA, New Zealand and Australian plugs. 

I need my own mains lead modifying, can you do this?

We can fit better plugs, shorten the lead or re-terminate both ends and fit new heatshrink as part of our services.

Do you give postage discounts for multiple items?

Our website is set up to combine postage charges based on weight however we occasionally get it wrong so let us know if you think the postage charge is too high.

Is their a loyalty scheme for regular customers?

Yes we regularly travel to customer's homes to advise on cable choice.
