Receptacles and Blades

basic material is deoxidized Phosphorus Bronze (1.4mm thick) for strength and secure contact. When connected, they can take over 7kg load. Surface is thoroughly (twice) polished.

Retentively is 30kg over.

Plating Process

P-037 and C-037

super thick (1.5micron) Silver plating directly on polished surface of receptacle and blade. Polishing process again (twice) on the silver plated surface, and then applied final Rhodium plating (0.3micron). Combination and thicknesses of plating represent the final sound character. Quality of polishing process influences the sound quality.

high density PBT with 30% Glass filler mixed in for rigidity, stability against heat and high resonance absorption factor.Polycarbonate.
